I will only work out if I was doing it for myself, that means I won’t start working out properly if someone else just tells me too. Personally, I feel as if there is a lot of pressure put on people to start working out, even if they don’t want to. While it is extremely healthy to work out, you shouldn’t feel forced to work out. Instead, you should probably start looking into activities that you enjoy that provide an enjoyable workout instead.
I think that people who don’t enjoy working out should also see if they enjoy active activities, such as walking. Also, some advise I’ve heard from others mention that you should try working out with a friend, since it can alleviate some anxiety or pressure from going to the gym for the first time. So if you’re not sure if you want to start working out, you should go with a friend.
If you’re unable to find time to workout, or don’t want to change your daily routine, you should get into better habits at work. If you do a lot of lifting (with boxes or other heavy things, you should make sure your back is straight, and you’re lifting with your legs. If you sit at a desk for work, make sure you are stretching every once in a while to make sure you don’t get back pain.
