What is Out-Learning?
Out-Learning is identical to the former Leaving to Learn (LTL). Out-Learning is preforming further learning outside of the classroom. It could be working with your local council, helping a student with a project outside of school, an interview, or working with a business.
What out-learning have I done?
I have gone to Melbourne to learn and create a documentary mini series about the V/Line from Albury to Melbourne and the 109 Tram from Box Hill to Port Melbourne.
Melbourne Fliming Trips
I have gone to Melbourne to learn and create a documentary on the V/Line train from Albury to Melbourne. I have also done filming on the 109 Tram from Box Hill to Port Melbourne.
Border Express Shadow Day
I have done a shadow day at Border Express to learn about IT in the business/enterprise space. This furthered my knowledge on what software is used inside of businesses.
La Trobe University Trip
As a year 10 student, we were invited to spend a day at La Trobe University, to learn about what happens inside of a university. This helped me learn more about what I want to do after school.
